A bit about Melissa:
Melissa is a ceramic artist and designer being represented by Studio Van Den Akker in Los Angeles and New York. Melissa’s work is also sold in U.K. and France. Before breaking out on her own in 2018, Melissa spent 10 years as one of two potters at Jonathan Adler in New York, where she honed her skills in design, production, and hands-on ceramic techniques. When not busy working in her studio on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay, you can find Melissa soaking up the sun with a glass of wine in hand, or digging around the world for new clay to use!
